HARDWELL Robbert van de Corput, better known as Hardwell, was born January 7th 1988 in the Dutch city of Breda, based in the southern region of the Netherlands. By age 6, a young Robbert was already playing musical instruments like the piano. His earliest memories of music are of his father plucking chords to tracks by James Brown and Michael Jackson. Aged 10, Robbert watched a documentary about Dutch dance music that featured DJs Tiësto, Armin van Buuren and Ferry Corsten. This film was to change his life and was the first spark that ignited his interest in electronic music. At 12 years old he DJed at his first gig, a friends birthday party, in front of a 100 people. After the party, Robberts dad came up with the idea of changing his DJ name from Robbert to Hardwell; by translating the family's last name, van de Corput, from latin and dutch into english. Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb                            Our school SMAN 3 Bandung will held an english story telling contest. Each class will have to send one students to perform in this event. This event will be held on: Date: Saturday, 8 th October 2016 Place: SMAN 3 New Hall Time: 8.00 – 12.00                         Contestant have to come at 07.30 to have preparation.              My unforgettable memory is when I was went study abroad in Japan. It was at December 2014. My school had a study trip abroad to Japan. I was there around 2 weeks. We went to many special places, a university that I forgot the name, a senior high school that in that senior highschool we play angklung and give one of the angklung to the head of school and one of the student in that school. Then we went to some other cool place like the temple of Japan, even we went to Disneyland Tokyo and play around until the end of the day. Even we try Shinkansen, one of the fastest train in the world. On the first day we go to school at 03.00 AM and went to Soekarno Hatta airport at Jakarta. Then we have a breakfast while the teacher and the guide take care of the ticket and our Visa. Then the plane take off at 11.30 AM. We use Garuda Indonesia as our Plane. We Arrived at around 08.30 PM at Narita Airport and went to our hotel. Our hotel is pretty far away so we arrived at the hot

        Place I want to go is Raja Ampat. Raja Ampat is a group of island that is located near Papua. Its technically in West Papua Province because its located near the “head” of Papua. There’s a four main island that is Waigeo island, Misool Island, Salawati Island, Batatanta Island. The reason I want to there is because it’s a very beautiful island. Very beautiful scenery, beautiful especially when you are diving and see what’s under the sea because that’s very beautiful. The sea is very clean so you can see the fish and the coral reefs are so beautiful so that really makes me want to go there. And also because it is a group of a lot of island so I just rent a speedboat a go travel around to explore the island.                                On Saturday, 10 September 2016. My school, SMAN 3 Bandung. Proudly held an event called MEGANTARA. This event had a topic about Indonesia culture. It shows indonesian’s culture from Aceh to Irian. It took place at Bali Filed. The event start 11.30 and finish at 22.00. but 10 th grades have to come to Bali field at 07.00 and must wear pangsi. Then about at 07.30 the 10 th grade had a parade that start at lapnagn bali and finish at langan bali again.                     Honestly I was a little bit lazy to go that parade because I have wake early and must wear pangsi. At first I don’t want to go to that parade but someone told me that if someone in a class doesn’t come to the parade the whole class will get affine Rp 500.000. Becouse of that I come to the parade.                      Thankfully, my house was not really far away so after the parade ends I change my clothes then come to my friend house because the parade finish at 09.00 an

           On Saturday, 20 August 2016. My school, SMAN 3 Bandung held an event called WTTF (World Tournament X Techno Fest). WTTF is a game that involve the 10 th grade and the 11 th grade to compete through several games throughout the several spot close to SMAN 3 Bandung.  I wake up at 05.00 and then I pray. Then after I had a breakfast I went to lapangan bali. Then after I was there we gathered per class and the committee explain to us what is WTTF. So basically WTTF is like Amazing Race where we have to race against the 11 th grade through each spot. There are a lot of funny moments like when we against the 11 th grade play TEKKEN and fortunately we win. Oh yeah I forgot to tell you that as long as you in that event you can only speak English. The event is giving a lot of knowledge. Like how to communicate with English, share happiness with friends, etc. And that’s my story about WTTF. Thank you for your time to read my story. See ya later!
